QR code for wedding photos, UK

A QR code for wedding photos at UK weddings

From the ceremony to the evening do, guests scan one QR code and add their photos and videos to your wedding gallery. No app, no account, nothing to install.

Packages from $44.99 USD · Purchase before guest uploads · One payment per event

How it works

  1. Create your wedding event

Add your names, the date and a welcome message. You can set it up and preview the guest page before you pay.

  2. Choose a package

Your guest QR code and link unlock when you buy. Packages are one-time payments from $44.99 USD. Your card provider converts the payment to pounds.

  3. Print your QR code

Download the ready-made poster with your names, the code and the link, or design your own sign. It prints sharply at any size, from A6 table cards to A4 or A3 posters.

  4. Guests scan and upload

Guests point their phone camera at the code and add photos and videos in the browser. You watch the gallery fill up and download everything as an original-quality ZIP.

Planning a UK wedding

Many UK venues are country houses, barns and old churches with thick walls and weak mobile signal. Guests can still take photos all day and upload them later on the venue Wi-Fi or at home, for as long as your package's access lasts. Say so on your signs.

Day guests and evening guests often arrive at different times. Put a QR code at the wedding breakfast tables and another where the evening guests come in, so nobody misses it.

The same gallery works for the hen do and the engagement party, or you can create a separate event for each.

Where to put your QR codes

  • A welcome sign at the entrance, so guests see it before the ceremony.
  • On every table: a small card, the menu or the place cards. A6 works well.
  • At the bar and beside the dance floor, where phones come out most.
  • In the order of service, with a line asking guests to share their photos.
  • On your wedding website and in the message you send after the day, for late uploads.

What to write on your sign

Keep it short: say what to do, and that no app is needed. A few lines couples use:

  • Help us capture our day. Scan to share your photos and videos.
  • You're our photographers tonight. Scan the code, add your best shots.
  • Saw something we missed? Scan here and share it with us.
  • No app needed. Point your camera here and upload your photos.

Make a printable sign with your names and any of these lines in the free wedding QR sign maker, or see more sign wording ideas.

When to buy, and how long it lasts

Your guest QR code works once you buy a package, so buy before you print anything with the code on it.

Access runs from the day you buy, not from the wedding date. Starter includes 3 months of upload and download access, and Plus and Max include 1 year. If you want the code on invitations sent months ahead, choose Plus or Max, or buy Starter within 3 months of the wedding and add the code to your on-the-day signs.

Download your original-quality ZIP before access ends. Downloaded copies are yours to keep.
