Built for the moments everyone captures
We built PartyLab after one too many events where photos ended up scattered across six different group chats, three cloud drives, and one friend's camera roll that they never got around to sharing.
The solution turned out to be simple: one link, a QR code on the table, and everyone uploads straight from their phone. No apps. No accounts. No chasing people down for photos weeks later.
The problem we're solving
At most events, photo collection is an afterthought. The host asks people to send their photos later. Maybe five people do. The rest forget, or the WhatsApp thread gets buried, or the iCloud request expires.
Professional photographers are expensive and not always the right fit for a birthday party, graduation dinner, or company offsite. AirDrop only works when everyone's on the same platform. Google Photos shared albums require everyone to have an account and remember to join.
PartyLab replaces all of that with one QR code. Print it on a card, display it on a TV, or drop the link in a group chat. Every guest uploads from their browser in under 30 seconds — no app, no account, no friction. Photos appear in a live gallery instantly, ready for a slideshow at the party and a ZIP download after.
What we believe
Every perspective matters
The best photo isn't always taken by the person holding the nicest camera. It's the candid shot, the group hug from the back row, the tears no one else caught. PartyLab collects them all.
Zero friction by design
If guests have to download an app, create an account, or figure out a complicated upload flow — they won't bother. We obsess over removing every possible obstacle between the moment and the memory.
Your memories, your control
Photos belong to the people in them. Hosts control who can upload, when the window closes, and how long the gallery stays live. We never sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
Built with care
PartyLab is a small, focused product. Every feature ships because it solves a real problem — not to hit a feature count. We're more interested in making one thing work beautifully than ten things work adequately.
