PartyLab

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PartyLab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account or use it for any illegal purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only upload content that you have the right to share. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

4. Guest Uploads

When guests upload photos or videos to an event, they grant the event host a non-exclusive license to view, download, and share those files. Guests retain copyright in the content they upload. Event hosts are responsible for ensuring guest-uploaded content complies with these terms.

Event packages include fair-use upload and storage limits shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard. We may pause uploads, remove abusive content, or ask high-volume hosts to contact support if usage is unusual, automated, or harmful to the service.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid event upgrades and Host Pass purchases are one-time purchases. If you're not happy for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a refund. If you believe a charge is incorrect, reply with the Stripe receipt email or payment reference and our support team will review it within 1 business day. If a refund is processed, any related paid entitlements may be removed from the affected event or account.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Free event galleries are retained for 30 days after the event date. Paid event galleries and Host Pass-enabled galleries are retained for 12 months. After that, all media is automatically and permanently deleted. You can delete your event and all associated media at any time from your dashboard.

7. Abuse and Copyright Reports

To report abuse, illegal content, or other safety concerns, email [email protected] with the event URL, a short description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots. For DMCA or other copyright notices, include the work you own, the infringing PartyLab URL, your contact information, and a statement that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

PartyLab is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of PartyLab after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
