The Free plan is perfect for intimate birthdays — up to 30 photos at no cost. For bigger parties (milestone birthdays, teen parties, family reunions), the Event plan ($19 one-time) removes all limits.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. They scan the QR code with their camera app and the upload page opens in their browser. Works on any iPhone or Android, and even on older phones — no download needed.
Can I use it for a surprise party?+
Absolutely. Create the event in advance and just share the QR code or link on the day. The gallery stays private — only people with your link can see or upload photos.
What if some guests aren't tech-savvy?+
Scanning a QR code with the camera app is the only step. If a guest can use WhatsApp, they can upload a photo to PartyLab. There are no accounts, passwords, or apps involved.
How long do the photos stay online?+
Free galleries are available for 30 days. Event plan galleries ($19 one-time) stay live for 12 months — more than enough time to share the link with everyone who was there.
