Every app in this guide lets guests share photos by scanning a QR code, and none of them makes guests install anything. They differ on price, videos, how long you keep access, and what else comes bundled in.
We make PartyLab, so we are not neutral. To keep this useful, every fact about another app comes from its own pricing or help pages, checked on 6 November 2026. Some apps showed us prices in Australian dollars, and we list those as shown. Prices change, so check each site before you buy.
What to look for
No app or account for guests. If guests have to download something or sign in, many won't bother.
Videos. Speeches and the first dance are often filmed rather than photographed. Check whether video is included or costs extra.
How long you keep access, and when the clock starts. Some services count from your wedding date, others from the day you pay.
Original-quality downloads. You want the full files in one download before access ends.
Approval. If you are worried about what might appear on the slideshow, check whether uploads can wait for you to approve them.
PartyLab
One-time packages per event: Starter $44.99, Plus $89.99 and Max $179.99 USD. Every package accepts photos and videos, includes a live slideshow and an original-quality ZIP, and lets you hold uploads for approval. Guests can leave an email, and you can export the list. Access lasts 3 months on Starter and a year on Plus and Max, counted from purchase.
There is no free tier, and no guestbook, RSVP or wedding website features. It suits couples who want one focused gallery for photos and videos.
Guestpix
One-time wedding packages: Classic $49, Signature $89 and Signature Bundle $119 (USD), with separate party packages from $39. Guests upload without an app. Packages include a live slideshow, full-resolution ZIP downloads, a written and video guestbook, and an invite with RSVPs. Upload windows count from your event date; Classic has 3 months of uploads and 12 months of hosting.
Good for couples who want a guestbook and RSVPs alongside their photos.
Wedibox
A free plan with 50 guest photo uploads, then one-time Wedding ($49) and All-In-One ($79) plans. Wedding includes guest uploads with video, a wedding website, an audio guestbook, a live slideshow and an original-quality ZIP, with uploads open for 6 months and a year of storage. All-In-One adds RSVPs and a seating chart.
Good for couples who want their website, RSVPs and photos in one place.
GuestCam
One-time Standard ($49) and Premium ($97) plans, shown as sale prices when we checked. Neither plan lists an upload cap. Both include a live slideshow, an audio guestbook and an original-quality ZIP. Standard keeps uploads open for 6 months and stores them for 12 months, starting on your event date. Face search is a $45 add-on.
Good if you want an audio guestbook or guest pages in other languages.
Kululu
A free plan with 100 uploads, a 24-hour upload window and 7 days of storage, then one-time Plus (A$59) and Pro (A$145) plans, shown to us in Australian dollars. Plus allows 500 uploads, keeps them for 3 months in original quality and includes a download. Pro removes the upload cap, keeps uploads for a year and adds manual moderation. Every plan has a live photo wall.
Good for a quick free gallery at a small gathering.
WedUploader
One premium package for $39, paid once. Guest uploads go straight into your own Google Drive, so nothing expires, but storage depends on your Google space (Google gives 15 GB free). It includes a slideshow, guest voicemails and a digital guestbook. You need a Google account.
Good if you want the lowest price and are happy to keep everything in Google Drive.
POV
A digital disposable camera. The price depends on guest count: free up to 10 guests, $34.99 for 100 and $89.99 for 250 (USD). Guests get a limited number of shots, and photos can reveal later. A live slideshow is part of a paid add-on. POV's site does not say whether videos or bulk downloads are included.
Good for the disposable-camera game at a small or medium event.
Lense
Another disposable-camera app, priced by guest count: free up to 7 guests, A$59.99 for 100 and A$149.99 for 500, shown to us in Australian dollars. Guests get 25 captures each by default, with filters and a delayed reveal; video clips are an add-on. Every plan has a live slideshow, and photos are kept for 12 months.
Good value for small groups who want the film feel.
Fotify
An event app with a free event (50 photos for 7 days), then Photo Gallery (A$44.99), Premium (A$74.99) and Professional (A$119) per event, including GST. Paid plans include original-quality ZIP downloads and moderation, and its pricing page lists video from Premium. It also does invitations, RSVPs, games and face search.
Good if you want invitations and games in the same app as your photos.
Free options: Google Photos and Google Drive
A shared Google Photos album or Drive folder costs nothing. But guests need a Google account to add photos, and Drive asks them to sign in, so some guests will be left out. They work best when most of your guests already use Google.
