Add your names, the date and a welcome message. You can set it up and preview the guest page before you pay.
Choose a package
Your guest QR code and link unlock when you buy. Packages are one-time payments from $44.99 USD. Your bank converts the payment to Australian dollars.
Print your QR code
Download the ready-made poster with your names, the code and the link, or design your own sign. It prints sharply at any size, from A6 table cards to A4 or A3 posters.
Guests scan and upload
Guests point their phone camera at the code and add photos and videos in the browser. You watch the gallery fill up and download everything as an original-quality ZIP.

Planning an Australian wedding

Vineyards, beaches and regional venues often have patchy reception. Guests can take photos all day and upload them when they are back in range or on Wi-Fi at home, as long as your package's access lasts. Add a line about it to your signs.

Outdoor ceremonies mean sun and wind. Print the QR code on sturdy card at A5 or larger, keep it out of direct glare, and test that it scans from a metre away.

The same gallery can cover the hens and bucks nights, or you can create a separate event for each.

Where to put your QR codes

A welcome sign at the entrance, so guests see it before the ceremony.
On every table: a small card, the menu or the place cards. A6 works well.

When to buy, and how long it lasts

Your guest QR code works once you buy a package, so buy before you print anything with the code on it.

Access runs from the day you buy, not from the wedding date. Starter includes 3 months of upload and download access, and Plus and Max include 1 year. If you want the code on invitations sent months ahead, choose Plus or Max, or buy Starter within 3 months of the wedding and add the code to your on-the-day signs.

Download your original-quality ZIP before access ends. Downloaded copies are yours to keep.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload in the browser. They do not need an app or an account.

Is it free?

PartyLab has no free tier. Packages are one-time payments per event, from $44.99 USD. Not happy for any reason? Email us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. The QR sign maker is free to use with any link.

Can guests upload videos too?

Yes. Every package accepts photos and videos.

Can I approve photos before guests see them?

Yes. Turn on approval and new uploads wait in your moderation queue until you approve them.

Can I print the QR code before I pay?

No. You can create the event and preview the guest page first, but the guest QR code and link unlock when you buy a package. Organise your printing after that step.

Are prices shown in Australian dollars?

No. Packages are priced in US dollars, and your bank converts the amount to Australian dollars when you pay.

What if guests are out of range at the venue?

They can upload later, from anywhere, until your package's access ends. Photos keep their original quality.
