Why AirDrop breaks at events
Half your guests have Android
AirDrop is Apple-only. At a typical event, 40–60% of guests are on Android. They're locked out of every AirDrop transfer — and you still have to manually collect their photos another way.
One photo at a time, one person at a time
AirDrop is a one-to-one transfer. To collect photos from 80 guests means 80 separate AirDrop sessions — each requiring both devices to be unlocked, nearby, and in range. That's an hour of your party gone.
Only works in Bluetooth range
The band is at the far end of the venue. Your family flew in from overseas and their photos are still on their phones. AirDrop only works if everyone is physically close. PartyLab works on any Wi-Fi or mobile connection, from anywhere.
Hosts who made the switch
“Half of my guests were on Android — AirDrop was never going to work. PartyLab got us 300 photos from 60 guests in one gallery. Couldn't believe how easy it was.”
David L.
Graduation party host
“I used to spend the week after events individually requesting photos from everyone. One QR code fixed that completely.”
Rachel K.
Corporate events manager
“The idea of individually AirDropping 90 wedding guests was a nightmare. PartyLab sorted it — QR code on every table, 500+ photos by midnight.”

Common questions
Does PartyLab work on Android phones?+
Yes. PartyLab is fully browser-based and works on any modern smartphone — iOS Safari, Android Chrome, Samsung Internet, anything. No device restrictions.
Can guests upload from outside the venue?+
Yes. The upload link works over any internet connection — Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G. Guests can upload hours after the event ends if the upload window is still open.
How many guests can upload at the same time?+
Unlimited. Every guest gets their own upload session — there's no queue, no pairing, no waiting for the person in front of you to finish.
What happens if a guest doesn't upload at the event?+
The upload window stays open for as long as you set it — you can extend it after the fact from your dashboard. Guests can upload later from home using the same link.
