Capture every fundraising moment
Your supporters are already taking photos. Now there's one place for all of them.
Award presentations and donor recognition
The moment a major donor is recognised on stage, the trophy handoff, the cheque presentation. Every angle from every table captured automatically — perfect for your annual report and thank-you communications.
Silent auctions and live fundraising
The paddle raise, the live auction excitement, the moment a big lot closes. Multi-angle shots from across the room land in one gallery — you'll have the impact photos you need for next year's appeal.
Networking and community moments
Sponsor conversations, volunteer celebrations, beneficiary stories shared face-to-face. The candid moments that show your cause in action are often the most powerful fundraising assets.
Walk, run, and community challenge photos
The starting line, the finish line, the fundraising milestone celebration. Participants photograph everything — now all those photos end up in one place instead of scattered across social media and camera rolls.
Set up in 4 steps
From zero to collecting fundraiser photos in under a minute.
01
Create your fundraiser event
Enter the event name, date, and a welcome message thanking donors and volunteers. Done in 30 seconds — set it up before the event and display the QR when guests arrive.
02
Share the QR code
Add it to the event program, display it on the venue screen, or put it on table cards. Guests scan once and start uploading immediately.
03
Guests upload throughout the event
Every attendee uploads their best shots straight from their phone. Everything appears in the shared gallery in real time — no one has to send a file or join a group.
04
Download and use the photos
After the event, download the entire gallery and export your supporter email list. Original-quality photos and contact details, ready for your communications and annual report.
Built for charity and community events
Build your supporter email list
Guests can optionally leave their email at upload. Every photo becomes a donor touchpoint — you get a gallery and a growing supporter list at the same time. Export as CSV for your CRM after the event.
No app, no sign-up for guests
Donors, volunteers, and community supporters of all ages can scan the QR code and upload instantly. No download, no account, no friction. If someone can take a photo, they can share it.
Live gallery on the event screen
Connect a laptop to the venue screen. Photos appear as guests upload — a self-building highlight reel that runs in the background and showcases your community in real time.
Supporter messages alongside photos
Guests can add a message to any photo they upload — a message of support, a dedication, a comment on the cause. You get a photo gallery and a collection of supporter voices in one.
Download everything for your communications
After the event, download every photo and video as a ZIP in original quality. Ready for your newsletter, annual report, social media, grant applications, and donor thank-you packs.
Photo reactions and highlights
Guests can like their favorite shots. The most-liked photos surface naturally — crowdsourcing your best impact images without any extra curation work.
Extended upload window
Keep the gallery open for days after the event so volunteers and supporters who couldn't make it in person can upload their pre-event or fundraising photos too.
Works for any event size
Small community fundraiser of 20 or charity gala of 500 — the same QR code scales to any crowd. No seat limits, no per-attendee pricing, no cap on photos.
Fundraising teams love it
“We ran an annual charity gala for 200 donors and collected 650 photos without chasing anyone for files. The best part: 140 donors left their emails at upload. We added them all to our newsletter list in one CSV export.”
Rachel T.
Events Manager, children's charity
“Used PartyLab for our community fundraising walk with 300 participants. Everyone uploaded photos from the route and the finish line — we had the most incredible photo collection for our grant report that we've ever had.”
Mark S.
Community Fundraising Lead
“The digital guestbook was unexpected but became our favorite feature. Supporters wrote messages alongside their photos — we printed them out for our major donor thank-you packs. Much more personal than a standard report.”

Fundraiser questions answered
Can we collect donor email addresses through the photo upload?+
Yes. On the Event plan ($19 one-time), guests can optionally leave their email at upload. After the event, you can view and export all collected emails as a CSV — perfect for adding to your donor CRM or newsletter list.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the upload page opens in their browser instantly. Works on every iPhone and Android, including older models common among older donors and volunteers.
How do we use the photos for our annual report and grant applications?+
On the Event plan, download all photos and videos as a ZIP in original quality after the event. The full-resolution files are ready to insert directly into Word documents, PDFs, social media posts, and funding applications.
Can supporters who couldn't attend the event still contribute photos?+
Yes. Set a multi-day upload window (up to 6 months on the Event plan) so volunteers, online donors, and people running satellite fundraising events can upload photos even after the main event ends.
Is the gallery private or public?+
The gallery is accessible only to people who have the link or QR code — it's not listed anywhere publicly. You control who you share the link with.
Can guests leave messages of support alongside their photos?+
Yes. Guests can add a caption to any photo they upload — a message of support, a personal dedication, a note about why the cause matters to them. It creates a digital message board alongside the photo collection.
How many photos can guests upload?+
The Free plan handles up to 30 photos — suitable for very small community events. For full fundraisers and galas, the Event plan ($19 one-time) removes all photo limits and adds email collection, ZIP download, and a 12-month gallery.
What happens to the gallery after the event?+
Free galleries stay live for 30 days. Event plan galleries stay live for 12 months — your donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries can revisit the memories and share the gallery link in their own networks long after the event.
