They scan the QR code with their phone camera — no app download, no account, no login required. The upload page opens right in their browser. Display the QR code on the scoreboard, in the program, or at the entrance.
How many photos can people upload?+
The Free plan handles up to 30 photos — good for a small local match. For a full tournament or cup final with hundreds of supporters, the Event plan ($19 one-time) removes all limits and supports hundreds of photos and videos.
Can we use fan photos for our club social media and newsletter?+
Yes. Everyone uploads their own content and you can download everything in original quality as a ZIP. The most-liked photos (surfaced by fan reactions) are a great shortlist for your best content.
Can we show fan photos live on venue screens at half-time?+
Yes. Open the slideshow link on a laptop connected to the scoreboard or clubhouse display. Fan photos appear as they upload — a self-building highlight reel for half-time entertainment.
Can I collect supporter emails for fixture announcements?+
Yes, on the Event plan. Fans can optionally leave their email during upload. The analytics page gives you the full list and a one-click CSV export — a genuine supporter contact list with zero friction for the fan.
Can I keep the upload window open after the match?+
Yes. On the Event plan, you control the upload window and can extend it by days or weeks. Post-match celebrations, changing room photos, action shots shared later from camera rolls — all of it can still make the gallery.
Can fans and families download individual photos?+
Yes. On the Event plan, fans can download any photo directly from the gallery — great for parents who want a high-quality copy of their child's action shot or medal ceremony photo.
