Capture every live music moment
Your fans are already taking photos. Now there's one place for all of them.
The headline act
The lights drop, the crowd roars, and every phone goes up. Every fan captures a different angle — front row, side stage, balcony. Now all those perspectives come together in one gallery instead of disappearing into individual camera rolls.
The electric moments
The guitar solo, the drum fill, the surprise encore, the crowd surfing. These are the moments fans talk about for years — and they happen too fast for any single photographer to catch every angle. A shared gallery catches them all.
Backstage and behind the scenes
Meet-and-greets, merch queues, pre-show soundchecks, the walk to the stage. Fans who were there capture these moments instinctively — and with PartyLab, they share them straight into the official event gallery.
The finale
Confetti cannons, lights blazing, band bowing, the crowd roaring. The most photographed moment of the night — captured from 50 different viewpoints. Every one of them matters, and now every one of them ends up in one place.
Set up in 4 steps
From zero to collecting fan photos in under a minute.
01
Create your music event
Enter the event name, date, and a welcome message for fans. Takes 30 seconds. Set it up before doors open and you're ready to collect photos the moment the crowd arrives.
02
Share the QR code
Display it on stage screens, print it on wristbands, or post it in the event group chat. Fans scan once and start uploading immediately — no explanation needed.
03
Fans upload as it happens
Every fan shares their best shots straight from their phone. Everything appears in the shared gallery in real time — one place for every perspective, every moment.
04
Use it for content and recaps
Download the full gallery after the show. Original-quality fan photos and videos for social media, event recaps, press kits, or sharing back to the audience.
Built for concerts, gigs, and festivals
Works for every fan in the crowd
From festival veterans to first-time gig-goers — if they have a phone, they can share. Fans scan the QR code on their phone camera and the upload page opens instantly. No app download, no account, no tech support needed.
Live slideshow on the venue screen
Connect a laptop to the venue display. Fan photos appear as they upload — a real-time mosaic that plays between sets, at the bar, and in the lobby. Fans see their shot on the big screen and take even more photos.
Digital fan guestbook
Fans can add a message to any photo they upload — what the gig meant to them, their favorite moment, a shout to the band. You get a photo gallery and a heartfelt collection of fan memories in one place.
Vote for the best shots
Fans can like their favorite photos. The most-loved shots rise to the top — crowdsourcing the best images so organizers know exactly which photos represent the event best for social media and press.
Download everything in original quality
After the event, download every photo and video as a ZIP in original quality. Perfect for event recaps, social media content, press kits, or sharing back to fans who attended.
Build your fan email list
Fans can optionally leave their email at upload. Grow your mailing list automatically with genuine fans who were physically at your event — a high-quality contact list for future shows and announcements.
One link for hundreds of fans
50 fans or 5,000 — the same QR code scales to any crowd size. No per-person pricing, no seat limits, no accounts. Print it on the ticket, display it on stage screens, post it in the event group chat.
Keep uploads open after the show
Set the upload window to stay open for days after the event. Fans share their best shots from home, the journey back, the morning after. All of it can still make it into the gallery.
Music event organizers love it
“We put the QR code on the stage screens between sets and collected 800+ fan photos by the end of the night. The morning-after recap reel basically wrote itself — fans had captured every moment from every angle we could've hoped for.”
Tom R.
Concert promoter, 1,200-capacity venue
“Used it for our three-stage festival. One link, three stages, hundreds of fans uploading simultaneously. The live slideshow at the main bar became a highlight of the event — fans were deliberately taking photos just to see them on screen.”
Sarah K.
Festival organizer
“The fan email collection was unexpected gold. We got 340 genuine fan emails from people who were physically at the show. First announcement to that list got a 60% open rate. Worth $19 on its own.”
