Every milestone moment, captured
From the bimah to the dance floor — all from every phone, in one place.
The Torah reading
The moment at the bimah — the bar or bat mitzvah chanting from the Torah. Every grandparent, every cousin, every family friend has their phone out. One gallery captures every angle of this sacred milestone.
Candle lighting ceremony
Thirteen candles, thirteen dedications. Each person called up, the embrace, the emotion on every face. These intimate moments are captured by different guests from different vantage points — all of them worth keeping.
The party and dancing
The DJ, the hora, the motzi, the speeches. The energy on the dance floor that only guests in the middle of it can capture. Candid shots from the tables, the photo booth, the moments between the moments.
Family portraits
Multi-generation family photos with grandparents who flew in, cousins who haven't seen each other in years, the whole mishpacha together for a rare occasion. Every phone that took a group shot contributes to the record.
Set up in 30 seconds
Create the bar mitzvah gallery
Enter the event name (e.g. 'Jake's Bar Mitzvah'), the date, and a welcome message. Done in 30 seconds — create it a week before so the link is ready to share with out-of-town family.
Share with family before and at the venue
Send the link in the family group chat before guests travel. Display the QR code on the tables at the party. Guests scan and they're uploading immediately.
Guests capture every moment
The Torah reading, the candle lighting, the dancing — captured from every phone in the room and uploaded into one shared gallery as the celebration unfolds.
Download the full family archive
Download the complete gallery after the event. Every guest's perspective of this milestone — in full quality, in one collection — ready for the memory book or the family archive.
Everything a bar or bat mitzvah needs
One link for the whole mishpacha
Share the gallery link in the family WhatsApp group before the event. Print the QR code for the party tables. Guests from three generations scan and upload — no account, no friction.
Written blessings alongside photos
Guests can add a mazel tov message, a blessing, or a personal memory when they upload. These heartfelt words sit alongside the photos — a digital guestbook the family will treasure.
Live slideshow for the party
Open the slideshow on a screen at the venue. As guests upload during the party, photos appear live — the candle lighting photo appears moments after it was taken, creating a shared highlight reel in real time.
Private — family and friends only
Only people with your specific link can view or upload photos. No public profile, no strangers. Especially important for photos of minors and intimate religious ceremonies.
Download in original quality
Every photo at full resolution — no WhatsApp compression, no quality loss. Download the entire gallery as a ZIP file and use the best shots for the memory book, framed portraits, or the thank-you cards.
React to your favorites
Heart the best shots. Sort by most-liked to instantly surface the crowd favorites — perfect for choosing which photos go in the scrapbook or the family photo album.
Guest email collection
Collect guest emails as part of the upload flow. Build the complete attendee list automatically — useful for sending personalised thank-you notes to every guest who attended.
Works for every generation
The QR code opens a browser page — not an app. Bubbe with her older Android, the Israeli cousins with different carriers, the great-uncle who doesn't do social media — if their camera works, they can upload.
Families love PartyLab
“We had 180 guests from three countries. The gallery had 340 photos by the end of the night — angles of the Torah reading I had no idea were being taken. The memory book practically wrote itself.”
“My in-laws from Israel, my parents, my American cousins — they all uploaded. Different phones, different carriers, no confusion. Every single family group in one gallery. Worth every penny.”
“The live slideshow at the party was the best decision. Guests would upload a photo and then watch for it to appear on the screen. It became a game — it drove everyone to take more photos.”

Common questions
How does this work for guests from different countries?
The QR code opens a standard web page in any browser — no app, no account, no data plan requirement beyond basic mobile data. Israeli cousins, American grandparents, European family friends all upload the same way. No friction regardless of country.
Is it appropriate for photos of minors?
Yes — the gallery is completely private. Only people with your specific link can view or upload. There are no public listings, no social media integrations, and no way for anyone without the link to access the gallery.
Can guests leave mazel tov messages?
Yes. When guests upload photos they can add a caption — a blessing, a congratulations, a personal memory. These messages appear alongside their photos in the gallery and in the downloaded ZIP file.
How do we use the photos after the event?
Download the full gallery as a ZIP file. Use the best shots for a memory book (most print services accept full-resolution JPGs directly), thank-you card inserts, framed portraits, or the family archive. The gallery stays accessible for 12 months.
Can we display photos live at the party?
Yes — open the gallery in slideshow mode on a TV or projector at the venue. As guests upload, photos appear on the screen within seconds. This drives more uploads as guests see their photos appear live.
How many guests can upload?
Unlimited guests can access the gallery and upload. Only the number of photos is limited on the Free plan (up to 30 photos). For larger celebrations with 100+ guests, the Event plan ($19 one-time) removes all limits.
Can we collect guest emails for thank-you notes?
Yes. On the Event plan, guests can optionally leave their email when uploading. You can export the list as a CSV — perfect for sending personalised thank-you notes to every guest.
What's included in the $19 Event plan?
Unlimited photos and videos, a 6-month upload window, 12-month gallery access, ZIP download in original quality, live slideshow, guest messages, photo reactions, and guest email collection. One payment — no subscription.
