Yes. Scanning a QR code with the camera app is the only step — no account, no download, no password. If a family member can use WhatsApp, they can upload a photo to PartyLab.
Can I set it up in advance for the ceremony day?+
Absolutely. Create the event days or weeks ahead and share the link whenever you're ready. The upload window starts immediately and lasts for the duration you set.
How many photos can we collect?+
The Free plan handles up to 30 photos — good for a small gathering. For larger graduations with extended family and friends, the Event plan ($19 one-time) removes all limits.
Can guests upload from the graduation ceremony itself?+
Yes. As long as they have cell service or Wi-Fi, they can upload straight from the ceremony. Photos appear in the gallery in real time as they arrive.
How long do the photos stay online?+
Free galleries are available for 30 days. Event plan galleries ($19 one-time) stay live for 12 months — plenty of time to share with everyone who attended.
Can guests write congratulations messages?+
Yes. The optional caption field lets guests write a personal message with their photo — just like a physical guestbook, but attached to the photo and fully exportable.
