Common questions
How do I extend my gallery?
Upgrade the event to PRO from the event dashboard or the Billing page. PRO keeps uploads open for 7 days and the gallery online for 12 months, while free events keep uploads open for 24 hours and the gallery online for 30 days.
How do I download all photos?
Open your event dashboard and use Export ZIP once the event is on PRO. PartyLab bundles every ready photo and video into one original-quality download so you do not have to save files one by one.
How do I change my event date?
Open the event, choose Settings, and update the date there. The upload window messaging and reminders follow the latest saved event date automatically.
What if my event already expired?
Expired events keep the old guest link retired. The dashboard shows restart options so you can duplicate the setup into a fresh event or create a brand-new gallery with a new QR code.
