How do I extend my gallery?
Starter includes 3 months of upload and download access. Plus includes 1 year of upload and download access. Max includes 1 year of upload and download access. Download your files before access ends; downloaded copies are yours to keep. Your dashboard shows available package upgrades and the access dates for your event.
How do I download all photos?
Open your paid event’s dashboard and choose Export ZIP. Every paid event package includes original-quality ZIP export and guest gallery downloads. Starter includes 3 months of upload and download access. Plus includes 1 year of upload and download access. Max includes 1 year of upload and download access. Download your files before access ends; downloaded copies are yours to keep.
How do I change my event date?
Open the event, choose Settings, and update the date there. The upload window messaging and reminders follow the latest saved event date automatically.
What if my event already expired?
Expired events keep the old guest link retired. The dashboard shows restart options so you can duplicate the setup into a fresh event or create a brand-new gallery with a new QR code.
