When Partiful alone is enough
You primarily need invitations and RSVPs, your guests are comfortable with the event album, and its download flow meets your needs. Try the built-in album before adding a second link or paying for a separate gallery.
When to consider PartyLab
You want guests to upload from a browser without a guest account, a dedicated photo/video gallery, a venue slideshow and original-quality ZIP export. Compare the paid limits with your guest count and event timing first.

This is a manual two-link workflow, not an integration or a partnership with Partiful. RSVPs and guest lists do not sync.
- Keep invitation details and RSVPs in Partiful. Decide whether the existing album meets your photo needs.
- If choosing PartyLab, create a draft and select a paid package before inviting guests to upload. Check the access deadline against your event date.
- Share the PartyLab gallery link with guests through your usual event communication, and display its QR code where photos are being taken. Label the photo link clearly so it is not confused with the invitation or ticket check-in code.
- Scan the finished sign with another phone, check that it reaches the intended gallery, and keep the event link private. Ask guests before displaying sensitive photos on a shared screen.
- After the event, download the originals before package access ends. Keep a backup outside the hosted gallery.

Does Partiful have a photo album?
Yes. Partiful documents a collaborative event album: hosts and guests upload from the Activity Feed, and people on the event can view and download pictures. If that meets your needs, you may not need another tool. Read Partiful's guidance
Does Partiful have QR codes?
Yes. In the Partiful app, open your event and its share options to find the event QR code. It opens the event page. This is different from the individual QR code used for ticketed-event check-in, and it does not by itself prove a direct, no-login photo-upload flow. Read Partiful's guidance
Can I download all the photos from Partiful?
